This is a subject that is hard for me… Over the years I have learned alot about trust. First off I am a Christian to the highest and I trust God’s word, and although I say this I still have those horrible issues with trust! I guess I have learned to trust slightly smarter over the years but I have had some slip ups I didn’t see coming. This has been on my mind all day for some reason because I am trying to overcome it all. I believe that you attract people in your life through the things you constantly focus on…. I have been working on retraining my thoughts daily since my injury in Febuary! Because I went through such a difficult time dealing with the fact that I had put in 15 weeks of hard training and in one run I had left my marathon on the road as my running coach Frank used to say… I believe all this has made me a stronger person but I do continue to have doubts roll through my mind, and as I said I am focusing on retraining my thinking to a more positive approach! I will trust myself to train smarter because I know I can do this! And as far as trusting other people in this world I think I may always deal with that problem sadly.
