Saturday workout

Had an excellent workout with Mark Overstreet this morning. We worked arms, biceps/triceps & abs… It’s good to workout with him bc he’s so drama free & focused on his goals like I am. After my workout I had an easy run 3.3 miles it was hot out but luckily an overcast.

I got a text while working out from a running hero friend a mine which has already qualified for Boston and she lives in Macon close to where I’ll b at w Matt so I planned a long run w her in am and I’m so excited about that. I’m heading home now going to get ready to head toward Perry.
