Today is speed day…. Its Thursday and I slept in til around 6ish because I know I will go to the track after work today and get an interval session in. I hope this ole leg holds up and stops giving me so much trouble. If i haven’t mentioned before I pulled my solieous muscle in Febuary of this year training for a marathon and it has given me a world of trouble since:( But I will get through this no matter what!
