So I’m working today pretty stoked about a run later and I shoot my trainer a text…. He asks how leg feeling I tell him was ruff when woke up so he tells me better to do nothing til fresh again:( ok ok this is just terrible for me bc I do not take rest that well. But i shall take the boss mans orders bc I do not want to go into this marathon schedule injured…..
Saying that I will def get a crosstraining day in at gym. Hahaha
