So I was advised yesterday by my running coach to take at least 3 weeks off from my running. If you know me this is something that’s gonna be extremely disturbing to me… But from my past experiences I actually have learned that I’d rather enter my training fully rested & ready than injured and beat up… My mind tells me as it always has “you can do this” and I will not give up on this!! I will continue to crosstrain and do any assistance work I should and of course pray….
